Each year TEMC recruits a small and dedicated crew of amazing volunteers to gain experience in event management at a large international conference.
We look for people wanting to develop their skills in event management, social media, public relations, logistics, tourism or hospitality. Those with existing skills (social media in particular) are also strongly encouraged to apply.
The volunteer program is particularly suited to early-career university staff and students in the second or third year of their degree. Participants gain real-world experience and skills for the workplace all whilst taking part in an exciting conference.
You must be available to attend the conference in Hobart, Monday 12 to Wednesday 14 September 2022.
