This masterclass has been designed to support participants in developing the nine key characteristics of leadership so they can feel ready and well supported as they develop their leadership practice.
Rita Cincotta
Rita is an experienced Human Resources practitioner. Over a 20-year career, Rita has led HR teams and held c-suite equivalent roles in Human Resources. Industry experience includes technology, health, financial services, aged care, and higher education.
Qualifications include a Bachelor of Business/Arts, Masters in Industrial and Employee Relations and Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD). Rita is a member of Australian Human Resources Institute (MAHRI).
Rita has proven experience in developing positive cultures that deliver a commercial benefit. Rita is also an experienced facilitator has designed and delivered programs for leaders and employees in a range of industries, including, Higher Education, Financial Services, Retail, Not for Profit, Energy Services Telecommunications, Marketing, Information Technology, and the Legal profession. Rita is accredited in Clarity 4D, Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument (HBDI) and the Korn Ferry Leadership Architect method.
Rita has delivered presentations nationally on topics associated with team performance, cultural transformation, change and resilience and new ways of working. In 2021, Rita published her first book, “Evolve- The Business Partnering Playbook”.
Rita is a non-executive Director, Chair of the People and Culture committee, Non- Executive Director of the Quality and Clinical Governance Committee and Non-Executive Director on the Client Advisory Committee at Peninsula Health. She is also a Director and Principal Consultant of her own practice.
