Teresa Tjia brings over 30 years diverse leadership experiences in tertiary education and community and philanthropic organisations, informed by her lived experience as a migrant woman. Teresa is the inaugural Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Victorian Tertiary Admissions Centre (VTAC).

Teresa’s expertise spans organisational transformations, strategy development and implementation, service design and delivery, digitisation, data and insights, governance and crisis and risk management.
