Most organisations in the tertiary sector are prioritising sustainability and considering pathways to NetZero. This workshop will explore and prompt discussion of how a deep understanding of innovation can help us to ensure that the strategic vision of an organisation embeds innovation across the estate, through strategic portfolio planning, programme delivery, building and maintenance.
We will consider examples of innovation at the levels of organisational portfolio strategy, strategic programmes and at the individual project level and discuss the opportunities, the challenges and recent examples of what innovation ‘looks like’ across the sector.
Share your experiences and knowledge and strengthen your networks across the sector.
