Dr Kathryn Blyth has been Academic Registrar and Director, Student Administration at the Australian Catholic University (ACU) since 2011 having worked in the Australian higher education sector since 2004.

Kathryn has an MBA (HenleyMgtColl) and a Master of Tertiary Education Management (Melb). She completed a Doctorate in Education in 2021 looking at first-in family students and their sense of belonging at university.

At ACU, Kathryn is responsible for student administration activities that support the student lifecycle from Admission through to Graduation, as well as student information systems, and student and course related policies.

Kathryn is active in the sector particularly in the HOSA (Heads of Student Administration) and ATEM networks and has been a member of the ATEM Board since 2015. She served as the Regional Chair of the NSW/ACT Region of ATEM and is currently ATEM President for a two-year term.
