As a convenience for delegates we are offering the option of booking your car hire through the Convention Managers, Leishman Associates. We are able to offer special prices to delegates in terms of hire rates AND a reduced fee for the insurance component. There are great savings to be made all around.
Making a Booking
The special Convention rate is available for extended stays either before or after the Conference (subject to car hire availability). Order your Europcar rental through Leishman Associates special online order form, to get special Convention rates on carhire.

All rates quoted include:
- Unlimited Kilometres (except PVAR, PTAR, ITAR 200km daily)
- GST
- Comprehensive Vehicle Insurance (non-waiverable excess applies)
- Tourist Map
All rates quoted exclude:
- Vehicle registration recover fee $3.50 per day
- Liability reduction fee (optional - $1660.00 or pay $16.60 per day reducable to $275.00)
- Fuel and Airport Fee (if applicable)
